Nossos servidores MSSQL geram o backup dos bancos de dados em formato .DMP. Esse é o arquivo de DUMP da base de dados, ou seja, com esse arquivo é possível realizar o restore em seu ambiente, deixando da mesma forma que esta no servidor da Locaweb. O Arquivo nesta extensão é equivalente ao .BKF que também é um outro padrão de mercado e pode ser restaurado da mesma forma.

O Backup da base MS-SQL é realizado todos os dias por volta das 2:00AM e garantimos o armazenamento dessas informações pelo período de 1 semana. Ou seja, você poderá solicitar o restore de sua base MS-SQL de até uma semana atrás.
Por padrão, o Restore costuma substituir completamente a base anterior, ou seja, todos os dados do banco atual são substituídos pelos do banco que está em backup e será restaurado. Caso você não deseje a substituição total dos dados de sua base atual pelos da base que encontra-se em nosso backup, podemos disponibilizar em sua área de FTP o arquivo de backup de sua base gerado pelo servidor MS-SQL em formato .DMP.
A Locaweb não fornece suporte na restauração desse backup (.DMP) em seu servidor local, uma vez que seu servidor MS-SQL local deverá possuir configurações idênticas às do servidor MS-SQL da LocaWeb.
Por questões administrativas, os restores são executados somente de segunda à sexta no horário das 8:00 às 18:00.
Obs.: O primeiro restore do mês é gratuito apenas, para os planos de Hospedagem ProfissionaL I, II, III e Premium. Para qualquer solicitação extra de restore dentro do mesmo mês será cobrado o valor de R$ 150,00. Considera-se como 1 restore cada pedido referente a uma data/hora específica independente de ser um restore de arquivos do site ou do banco de dados. Se forem pedidos, por exemplo, restores de 2 dias/períodos distintos ou diferentes tipos de arquivos (como site e banco de dados), considera-se cada restore uma solicitação diferente.
