Esta configuração serve para as versões 2013, 2010 e 2007 do Microsoft Outlook.
Na VBES HOST II, é preciso usar o TLS na configuração, softwares como Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail e Microsoft Outlook 2003, não tem está função. De tal forma não será possível configurar neste softwares. Para casos em que após configurar a conta, ainda emite o aviso de certificado, deve-se informar no servidor de saída (smtp) o hostname “plesk12lXXXX.hospedagemdesites.ws“

Abra seu Outlook
Clique em sim, e avance para a próxima tela.
Você deve escolher a opção – Configuração manual ou tipos de servidor adicionais. Avance.
Aqui você vai dizer se quer uma conta POP, ou IMAP. Qual a diferença? Bem, POP literalmente baixa todos os seus emails para a sua máquina esvaziando o servidor. IMAP faz uma imagem, ele mostra os emails que estão lá, caso você queira abrir um elebaixa para sua máquina, mas o conteúdo fica no servidor. Avance.

Nome de usuário: Informe novamente a sua conta de e-mail
Senha: Coloque a senha do seu email
Clique em Mais Configurações, ou Configurações avançadas, depende de sua versão.

Em Servidor de saída marque a opção Meu servidor de saída (SMTP) requer autenticação

* Caso hospedagem seja em VBES HOST II, habilite Uma Opção TLS. Caso o outlook não mapeie todas as pastas no protocolo IMAP, sugerimos acrescentar no campo “Caminho da pasta raiz” “INBOX”
