Apontamento Google Apps na Revenda Plesk 11.5
O apontamento incorreto de DNS irá provocar problemas no serviço de e-mails do seu domínio.
Por tal motivo, a Videobes se isenta de qualquer responsabilidade e recomenda que os passos abaixo sejam efetuados com o máximo de atenção.
Para apontar o serviço de e-mails de um domínio da Revenda para o Google Apps, siga os passos abaixo:
Faça o cadastro no site do Google Apps
Acesse o Painel Plesk e clique no dominio e qual será feito o apontamento e depois em Abir Painel de Controle
Ao abrir o painel de controle, na parte inferior da tela terá uma seta clique nela.
Abrirá uma nova janela abaixo, clique em Configurações de DNS
Importante: Antes de remover as entradas (somente as destacadas na imagem), copie o conteúdo da entrada TXT (tipo de Registro TXT) e cole em um bloco de notas, pois você precisará deste registro posteriormente.
Remova as entradas que estão em destaque, conforme a imagem abaixo.
Criando as entradas do tipo MX
Agora você deve incluir as entradas MX para apontar o serviço de e-mail para o Google Apps:
Clique em 
Insira os endereços MX, conforme a imagem a seguir:
Repita o processo, criando as demais entradas MX com as informações abaixo:
- aspmx.l.google.com (0 ou 1)
- alt1.aspmx.l.google.com (5)
- alt2.aspmx.l.google.com (5)
- aspmx2.googlemail.com (10)
- aspmx3.googlemail.com (10)
- aspmx4.googlemail.com (30)
- aspmx5.googlemail.com (30)
Adicionando as entradas do tipo CNAME
Clique em
Preencha os campos da seguinte maneira:
Repita o processo, criando as demais entradas CNAME com as informações abaixo:
- Nome do domínio: pop3
- Nome canônico: ghs.google.com
- Nome do domínio: smtp2
- Nome canônico: ghs.google.com
- Nome do domínio: webmail
- Nome canônico: ghs.google.com
- Nome do domínio: mail
- Nome canônico: ghs.google.com
- Nome do domínio: imap
- Nome canônico: ghs.google.com
Observação: Mesmo criando a entrada para o Webmail, como podemos notar que foi feito na etapa anterior, você só conseguirá acessar através do webmail.domínio se modificar no Painel administrativo do Google Apps. Caso contrário, funcionará apenas com o mail.dominio, que é o padrão do Google Apps.
Adicionando a entrada TXT
Já editamos a zona de DNS para que as mensagens sejam recebidas no Google Apps.
Agora você irá editar a entrada TXT, que faz com que o e-mail saia autorizado tantos pelos servidores do Google quando através dos da Videobes. Esse procedimento fará que com os e-mails enviados não sejam tratados como spam pelos filtros de anti-spam dos destinatários.
Clique em
Preencha os campos da seguinte maneira:
- Em Registro TXT, preencha com o conteúdo que você copiou antes de deletar a entrada TXT, acrescentando include:_spf.google.com)
Exemplo:
Se você observar o nosso domínio de exemplo na primeira imagem, notará que a entrada TXT possui o padrão de todos os domínios da Revenda com o seguinte conteúdo:
v=spf1 include:_spf.admincontrolpanel.com ~all
Após acrescentar o include:_spf.google.com a entrada TXT ficará semelhante a essa:
v=spf1 include:_spf.admincontrolpanel.com include:_spf.google.com ~all
Pronto!
Você terminou as configurações DNS.
Desativando o Serviço de Email do domínio no Plesk
Caso tenha o serviço de e-mail Plesk habilitado no domínio em questão, desative-o no painel plesk:
Clique na opção Assinaturas;
Clique na Assinatura em que apontou os DNS para o Google Apps;
Clique na aba Email;
Clique em Alterar Configurações;
Desmarque o checkbox do item Ativar o serviço de e-mail no domínio;
Clique em OK para confirmar a alteração;
Observação: Caso não tenha a aba ‘’’Email’’’ na assinatura, desconsidere a etapa de desativação acima.
Propagação dos DNSs que você alterou
Após executados os apontamentos para o Google Apps, o domínio dependerá apenas da propagação de DNS em todos os servidores da internet para que comece a funcionar. Isso ocorrerá no prazo máximo de até 72 horas.
