Neste tutorial iremos explicar, como efetuar a remoção das mensagens de uma determinada conta de e-mail através do RoundCube e Outlook.
Limpeza da caixa de entrada.
Ao acessar seu e-mail através do Outlook ou webmail, e certificar que mensagens atuais/novas não estão chegando, é um forte indicador de que a caixa de entrada encontra-se cheia ou até mesmo a conta cPanel atingiu o limite de espaço em disco.
O fato acontece quando a conta não suporta mais que mensagens sejam arquivadas, gerando impedimento para o recebimento de novos emails.
Para resolver o problema, é necessário acessar o webmail da conta e limpar as mensagens antigas do servidor.
IMPORTANTECaso sua conta esteja configurada no outlook/Cliente de Email, certifique se que a configuração do email é POP/SMTP pois, neste padrão, apagando as mensagens no webmail o backup do outlook não será afetado. Caso seja IMAP não realize este procedimento sem que esteja ciente que apagando do servidor, as mensagens serão deletadas automaticamente do outlook sem possibilidade de recuperação.

1° passo: Acesse seu webmail ( seudominio.com.br/webmail)
2° passo: Digite o email completo que deseja acessar para realizar a limpeza junto com a senha.
3° passo: Após logado, selecione o menu ROUNDCUBE (do meio), e aguarde carregar as mensagens na caixa de entrada. Feito isso, selecione as mensagens que deseja excluir e clique no botão LIMPAR ou na tecla DELETE.

Na segunda imagem mostra como excluir completamente o conteúdo da lixeira assim os emails de fato serão apagados:
Caso a sua conta cPanel esteja com o “Espaço em Disco” no limite a opção acima não será viável, pois você certamente não conseguirá apagar estes emails da sua caixa de entrada/conta de email, recomendamos realize o download das mensagens com o software leitor de e-mail outlook, onde existe a opção ‘Deixar uma cópia das mensagens no servidor’ na aba de configurações ‘Avançado’, a mesma é ativada por padrão, recomendamos que desative-a e realize o download (baixe) das mensagens via POP3 (servidor de entrada – porta 110).
Veja a opção, e desmarque-a nas configurações de seu outlook:
As mensagens serão baixadas para o seu computador e em seguida vai remover do servidor, lembrando que é necessário desmarcar a opção “Deixar uma cópia das mensagens no servidor” conforme informado acima.
